Summer 2017 Camp Sessions


Mainside (rising grades 4-10)

1st week co-ed   June 4-10, 2017

2nd week co-ed  June 11-17, 2017

3rd week GIRLS   June 18-24, 2017

4th week co-ed    June 25-July 1, 2017

5th week co-ed   July 9-15, 2017

6th week co-ed   July 16-22, 2017

Chico (rising grades 1-3)

Full week sessions are called "B/C" sessions and correspond to the dates above.

Mini-Chico "B" sessions run from Sunday - Wednesday of 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th weeks listed above.  

Mini-Chico "C" sessions run from Wednesday - Saturday of 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th weeks listed above.  (Please note there are no Mini-Chicos during 2nd and 6th weeks).

We will have one Super Chico session this summer.  This Super Chico session will be July 5-8.

Campers have the option to stay the night between Sessions 1 and 2, and Sessions 5 and 6.  The cost to stayover is $225, which covers the cost of food, laundry services, and staff supervision.  20 spaces are available-first come, first serve.  The stayover option has been added to the Registration process for Summer 2017.  Any questions about stayovers can be directed to

2017 Camp Fees

Mainside and full-week Chico sessions are $725.                        Mini-Chico sessions and Super Chico session are $400. 

  • Chico campers have the option to sign up for a half-week session during weeks 1, 3, 4 and 5. "B" sessions are the first half of the week, and "C" sessions are the second half of the week. Chico campers can attend a full-week session, indicated as "B/C." The fee for a full-week is $725.
  • The camp fee includes all camp programming and activities, insurance, accommodations, meals, snacks at canteen, and a t-shirt. Campers should not bring any money to camp.


  • A $25 discount for mini-Chico sessions is available if camp fees are paid in full before February 1, 2017. (The discount becomes null in the registration system at 12:00 pm on January 31, 2017.)
  • A $50 discount for full-week sessions is available if camp fees are paid in full before February 1, 2017. (The discount becomes null in the registration system at 12:00 pm on January 31, 2017.)
  • A $10 discount is available if you pay your fees by check.   Both the deposit and the balance must be paid by check to receive this discount.  The discount is void if any of the fees are paid with a credit or debit card.

Deposits and payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon registering.  
  • Full payment is due by April 1, 2017.
  • A camper spot will be held with deposit until April 1. After April 1, the camper spot is only secure with full payment.
  • Payments can be made by paying online with a credit card - using the online registration system - or by mailing a check to the camp office.  Please put "Attention registrar" on your envelope.
  • If you are mailing a check for the deposit or remaining balance, please mail to the camp PO Box. DO NOT mail checks to Pell City address.

Switching sessions

  • A written request to switch sessions should be sent by email or letter to the registrar.
  • A $25 fee will be charged to switch sessions.


  • Once a camper arrives at camp, no refund will be issued.
  • In the case of last-minute family emergency or illness, a written request should be submitted to the registrar. At the discretion of the Board of Directors, and based upon the availability for other sessions, the camper can receive program credit to attend another week.  
  • If a refund is requested in writing four weeks before your camp session starts, a full refund – minus the deposit - will be granted.   
  • If a refund is requested in writing up to two weeks prior to the camp se ssion, a 50% refund - minus the deposit - will be granted.
  • Cancellations less than two weeks before the start of a session will not receive a refund.
