Friends of Winnataska

The Camp Winnataska Operating Committee (CWOC) and Directors of Friends of Winnataska (FOW) ask for your financial support of camp. As many of you know, the Winnataska endowment and campaign fund, Friends of Winnataska, Inc. was established in 1998 to provide for long-term sustainability of Winnataska to become self-standing in a long-range supportive structure. We are undertaking numerous new initiatives to meet that challenge including fund-raising events, capital donation requests and grant-writing.

A message from Friends of Winnataska:

We need those who love camp to make a contribution - all amounts are treasured - to the efforts in which we are engaged. A million dollar endowment (or more) is needed for sustainability. Several large capital projects are in the works -  furnishings for Strickland, renovation of Price and expansion plus renovation of the dining hall. All of these will make Winnataska more available and more accessible to retreat and conference groups, providing new programs and opportunities for enjoyment in the out-of-doors.

Let us give an unexpected measure and commit to an annual donation in support of camp. It is needed and will be wisely used. We are proud to know we have made a significant leap in financial stability through Friends of Winnataska, Inc. Please send your tax-deductible contributions to:
