Camp Winnataska is hiring for three positions! We are looking for a Program Coordinator who will turn our creative program plans into reality by being a hands-on, year-round facilitator for us. We are hiring a Camp Life Director. This person will focus on the Camper Experience by working closely with our Hut Staff, Leaders, and Weekly Directors. This position is summer-intensive, with training weekends in the spring. We are also hiring a Weekly Chico Director. This person will volunteer one week each summer to shepherd our youngest campers, ensuring they have an unforgettable week at Camp Winnataska. Read more about the positions below. Program Coordinator

Time Commitment: Year-Round, Full-Time

Camp Winnataska is looking for an organized, hands-on Program Coordinator to turn creative program plans into unforgettable camper experiences. This year-round role is all about making things happen—managing supplies, setting up program areas, and ensuring activities are safe, smooth, and engaging. You’ll also adapt programs for different age groups so campers stay challenged and excited to return each year, and you’ll help support off-season rental groups. If you enjoy details, logistics, and bringing big ideas to life in the outdoors—and you’re excited to support a Christian camp dedicated to faith, community, and servant leadership—this could be the perfect role for you.

Camp Life Director

Time Commitment: Summer plus some weekends January-May

Weekly Director

Time Commitment: Volunteers their time one week in the summer plus two days of training in the spring

The Volunteer Weekly Director is a key leader at Camp Winnataska, responsible for ensuring campers have a safe, meaningful, and values-driven experience. Serving as a parental presence for campers during their session, they mentor high school leaders, guide college staff, and model the CAMP LIFE values in everything they do. This role preserves and carries forward camp traditions, supports the mission of faith, community, and servant leadership, and ensures that each camper’s time at camp is both transformative and memorable.
